The trailer opens up to 24' (18' when closed) and sleeps 6 comfortably. Contains a 23 gal fresh water holding tank. Features include a furnace, small fridge (3 way - propane, 12 volt or 120 volt), AM/FM/DVD (with indoor and outdoor speakers), hot water heater (propane), LED lights. The included cook stove can be used inside or mounted on the outside and hooks into the 2 propane tank supply of the trailer. The trailer has privacy window coverings to cut down heat and vision into trailer. It has two large queen size beds on each end, a dinette that folds into a bed and a u shaped seating area that also folds down into a bed. The trailer has a fire extinguisher and a smoke and carbon monoxide detector. There are no liens and a used vehicle report will be completed as per Ministry of Transportation requirements.
